Wherever culture in the broadest sense of the word has been organised, created and preserved in recent years, the South Tyrolean Bank Fondation “Stiftung Südtiroler Sparkasse” has usually been involved in the background as a sponsor in one form or another. Hundreds of successful renovations and restorations of listed buildings bear witness to this. Up and down the country, churches, chapels, castles and palaces have been preserved, renovated and restored with funds from the foundation. At the same time, in addition to numerous exhibitions in museums and galleries, the world of literature, theatre and music was generously supported in the area of cultural events. The same applies to the areas of education, science and research as well as to our commitment in favour of disadvantaged social categories, where numerous projects and initiatives of South Tyrol wide importance were supported with foundation funds.

The South Tyrol Museum Association (Museumsverband Südtirol) was established in 2004 for the museums and has brought the diverse museum sector closer together. Representing the interests of the museum members, the association supports the development of an innovative museum landscape which preserves its unique character.
The South Tyrol Museum of mining Bergbau consists of four locations and five divisions:

The Hahnebaum youth house and its impressive location in the middle of nature invite you to reflect and offer suitable spaces to experience and celebrate the Christian faith. In addition, the modernly equipped house and its outbuildings are an excellent starting point for natural history and alpine excursions into the partly unspoilt world of the Ötztal and Stubai Alps.
Raiffeisenkasse Passeier, consisting of the head office in St. Leonhard and the two branches in Moos and Riffian, supports local communities in a variety of ways in accordance with its mission statement, covering local needs in the areas of business, culture and sport, environmental protection, education and leisure.
