The MuseumHinterPasseier uses the cameras to lawfully monitor access and any illegal activities. The recorded images are deleted within the legal deadline and can only be viewed by authorized personnel of the judicial or police authorities or by specialized personnel to check the functioning of the system. Whoever enters the museum consents to the recording and has the right to request access, deletion, etc. of the same by contacting the museum staff (art. 7, Legislative Decree 196/2003).
