At the museum, visitors gain insights into the settlement history and contemporary history of the Hinterpasseier Valley while experiencing the unique atmosphere of the historic bunker complex. The museum also serves as an information center for the Texel Group Nature Park and the former Schneeberg mine.
Ibex and Alpine wildlife up close
Particular highlights include the ibex enclosure, home to Alpine ibex, and the aviary with rock partridges in the outdoor area. Visitors can observe the animals up close and learn more about their habitat in the Alps.
