Bunker Mooseum
The MuseumHinterPasseier – Bunker Mooseum is a museum in the Passeier Valley that presents fascinating topics in a unique setting and invites visitors to explore the upper Passeier Valley further.
A bunker complex from the 1940s in Moos in Passeier, South Tyrol, houses primarily regional exhibits on the nature park, the region’s settlement history and contemporary history, as well as the bunker experience itself. In addition, the former military installation serves as an information center for the Texel Group Nature Park and the former Schneeberg mine.
A particular highlight is the open-access ibex enclosure, home to a colony of Alpine ibex. Along the Ibex Trail, visitors can observe the animals up close and learn more about their habitat.
The museum combines modern exhibitions, regional history, and nature education—making it an ideal destination for families, hikers, and anyone who wants to experience the Passeier Valley in an authentic way.

KultMuseum Platt
In the course of the Plata ideas workshops, arranged directly by the population, the MuseumHinterPasseier pursues the idea, to accommodate a small museum structure in the old Widum in Platt/Plata on the topic of “Cult”. For this, the centuries-old connection to the Marienberg Benedictine Abbey plays a significant role and shall flow into the overall concept in collaboration with various players.
